Executive Director
I have 20 years of leadership experience in the healthcare industry. Prior to joining The Auberge at Vintage Lake, I was an Executive Director for Oxford Grand Senior Living and Memory Care in McKinney, Texas. I have also served as the Executive Director at Elmcroft/Sodalis Senior Living in Temple, Texas. I became involved in senior living as an Associate Executive Director for Brookdale Senior Living in Tyler, Texas where I oversaw both an assistant living and memory care community. Shortly after joining Brookdale, I was promoted to the Executive Director position in Longview, Texas. I have served as the Director of Environmental and Hospital Emergency Preparedness Coordinator at Henderson Memorial Hospital/ETMC in Henderson, Texas for many years. I worked as an EVS Supervisor at Marshall Regional Medical Center in Marshall, Texas. I served as a Branch Manager for At Home Healthcare in Longview, Texas. I was later promoted to Regional Director Branch Manager. I earned a master’s degree in Business Management from AIU in Chicago, Illinois and my undergraduate degree in Business Administration from LeTourneau University in Longview, Texas. I have served on numerous boards within my community such as the Board of Directors for the Henderson Area Chamber of Commerce, there I also held the role of both Vice-President and President, I served on the Henderson ISD Sub-Committee Board. As you can see that I have a heart for community services and involvements. I was a member of Leadership of Henderson and a former Board member; I have served as Henderson Chamber of Commerce Executive Board 2nd Vice President, a Chamber of Commerce Ambassador, Main Street Henderson Board of Directors, Leadership of Henderson Board of Directors, Rusk County Child Welfare Board of Directors and was Rotary Club President in 2012- 2013 where I received the 2011 John R. Alford “Young Man of the Year” Award, the Paul Harris Fellow Award from the Henderson Rotary Club. I was also awarded the Safety Person of the Year at International Paper. My passion is to always ensure that excellent care for residents is provided as building build an environment of trust within the community. I could have accomplished anything without my faith in God and the support of my family. My wife and I have been married for over 23 years. We have been blessed with six amazing kids; three boys and three girls.
